Every day I eat a cookie, but I don’t write every day… Thankfully I have held on to the fortunes! Here’s a quick compilation of happy thoughts.
I love having alone time. It allows me to regroup, process my thoughts and dance like a crazy person around my apartment.

Who doesn’t? I’m always on the lookout for things that make me smile.
By the way, the backgrounds for all of these fortunes are fabrics from my quilting fabric stash.

I’m a big believer in positive thought. When I was in my teens, I found a book (which I still have) that helped me to figure out the importance of looking on the bright side of life. Why wallow in negativity if you can deal with the everyday in a positive way? Has it made my life better? I think so!

Being unique is important to me. We’re already unique in our different ways, but I think that we need to start sharing our uniqueness with each other more often. How am I unique? I don’t know if it can be outlined in just a few sentences, but track me down sometime and we can have a beverage and talk about it. :)

Here’s the Golden Rule hidden in a double negative. Well done fortune writers*. My parents did a great job at teaching me this one, so I do my best to make sure that I treat others as I want to be treated. I try to be honest and forthright while making sure that I tell people how special they are. I offer help to others and share my knowledge and skills with others… because that’s how I want people to deal with me.
