Making Sushi!

Who loves sushi? This girl.  But I’ve never made my own sushi before – I usually leave it to the professionals.  There’s a first time for everything though, so when Mark suggested making sushi for dinner, I was all in.

After an overwhelming (for me) visit to the grocery store we had our ingredients and were ready to get our sushi on!

If you haven’t made your own sushi before, I definitely recommend giving it a go.  It seems labour intensive, but I found it to be pretty fun and easy to do. Plus, it’s pretty darn inexpensive.  I’m not a mathematician, but I’m positive that there is a good cost savings here.

Try it out!

  1. There is a big H Mart up here in Burlington, MA just outside of Boston. It is quite amazing. I am not a big fan of sushi although I love creamed herring (not sure that qualifies (but i love asian food in general). By the way, you sound like a very joyful and happy person. Mark
